With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options.
- Up to .55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:
- 6-month flatbed experience, 1-year CDL-A OTR (Drivers with less experience may be eligible for our CDL-A Flatbed Development Program)
- No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
- No DUI in the past 10 years
- Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
