At Montgomery Transport, we know how difficult it can be for CDL-A truck drivers to get access to a well-maintained workout center or even find a clean, fun place to connect with other drivers and unwind. That’s why we created Club 34, our brand new 4,500 square-foot driver amenities facility and state-of-the-art fitness center made just for Montgomery Transport drivers.

When we first started brainstorming for Club 34, we knew there were two things we wanted to focus on for our drivers: relaxation and wellness. The recreational side of Club 34 provides you the opportunity to unwind and relax after a day in the driver’s seat. Take advantage of the updated laundry machines, squeaky-clean showers, workstations outfitted with computers, ping-pong tables, air hockey, brand new recliners, and flatscreen TVs. Enjoy a refreshing shower, challenge a fellow driver to a friendly game of ping pong, or settle into a recliner and get ready to binge your favorite show – Club 34 gets you ultimate relaxation in your home away from home!

The fully equipped fitness center in Club 34 continues our unwavering commitment to our drivers’ wellness. After protecting our drivers from inflated healthcare costs throughout 2022, we knew we wanted to do even more to prioritize our drivers’ health and wellness. With Club 34’s interactive treadmills, elliptical machines, upright bikes, lifting and stretch machines, and free weights ready for you to use, you can take care of every part of your exercise routine. Our driving positions offer competitive pay with flatbed drivers bringing home $70K yearly and independent contractors taking home 70% of the earnings on every load. On top of that, drivers can earn up to an additional $600 every four weeks in performance pay and have the chance to receive a referral bonus totaling $10K!
